LumenMedicIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your healthcare organization's legitimate business purposes. This license permits you to:

  • Manage patient data according to your organizational permissions
  • Generate reports and analytics
  • Integrate with your existing healthcare systems via FHIR R4 APIs

3. Restrictions

You are restricted from:

  • Accessing the platform for any purpose other than its intended healthcare operations
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
  • Impersonating or misrepresenting your identity or your organization

4. User Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LumenMedicIQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the LumenMedicIQ platform (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by LumenMedicIQ or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. Medical Information Disclaimer

LumenMedicIQ is a healthcare management platform designed to assist healthcare professionals. The platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All healthcare decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LumenMedicIQ, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LumenMedicIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use.
